In this new millenium, how smart you are will be seen by all—by how healthy you are!

Question:

What is Healthy-Living.Org about?

Answer:

Teaching Each Other the Principles and Practices of Healthy Living...
...doubling the human life span, eliminating disease, discomfort depression and early death.

Helping one another to be healthy is not just a mission — it is a crusade!
Our enemy is the Standard American Diet.

BECAUSE ... statistics prove beyond doubt that maintaining the same nutritional habits (S.A.D.) as past generations guarantees that we will experience degenerative disease — first hand.

We can teach each other a better way. A future generation of people will enjoy 20 to 50 years extra of healthy living when recent nutritional learning filters down to the average person’s lifestyle. But, by the time these nutritional breakthroughs become commonly taught, it may be too late for many people. Therefore the crusade to spread the knowledge of these nutritional discoveries has begun. Come join the ranks of the enlighted.

Here are the steps we recommend:

  1. Study the Five Habits of Health so you know what health requires.
  2. Apply the habits of health — tuning up your digestion, eating wisely and obtaining and using macro nutrient supplements on a regular basis.
