Shipping and Delivery
Within the United States and Canada we offer a choice of standard, priority or express shipping. Standard shipping is typically sent via UPS ground and occasionally by US parcel post mail. Priority mail is typically a two to three day service, but occasionally takes longer (especially just before Christmas). Express mail is typically a one to two day service.
We Ship to Many Countries Worldwide
Outside the United States and Canada, we offer Global Express shipping which is a very reliable reliable service that typically takes from 3 to 7 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL COUNTRIES EXCEPT THE U.S. AND CANADA ARE ADDED WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS. The order will show the cost of shipping as $0.00 even though the shipping charge is definitely not going to be $0.00. So, when you place an order for delivery outside the U.S. and Canada you are agreeing to a shipping charge that will be equal to our actual shipping cost plus $7.50. This will be charged to your card, when your order is shipped.
As soon as your order is placed we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your order. Whether or not you get this email depends on many factors, mostly regarding how your email account handles spam filtering. We suggest that you add Healthy-Living.Org to your approved sender list to help ensure you get our emails.
Please note the following:
- We are not responsible or liable to correct any errors you make in entering your delivery address. If you enter an incorrect address, it is possible that the product will be suffer lengthy delays in being re-routed back to us and will encounter additional expense, which will be charged to your account. So, please make sure you enter the address correctly!
- Although we will ship products to virtually any country, the risk that a product will not be allowed into your particular country is your risk, not ours. Please be advised that we no longer ship to South Africa, Italy, Portugal, Spain or Greece because the customs organizations of these countries have proven to be very problematic.
- Once a product leaves our warehouse, it will not be refunded unless you avail of our 30 day satisfaction guaranteed refund policy which requires that you return the product containers to us at your expense.
